The English version of these Terms & Conditions takes precedence.
In these Terms, references to ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘user’, or ‘player’ refer to individuals residing in Great Britain who access our software or website. References to ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ refer collectively to White Hat Gaming Limited, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors.
1. Introduction

By using the website or creating an account, you confirm that you understand and agree to comply with:
- These UK Website Terms and Conditions;
- The game-specific rules, accessible within each game;
- Any promotional terms that may apply, including the Standard Promotion Terms.
These documents together form the Terms of Use. If any conflict arises, the order above will determine which terms apply first. These conditions apply only to players in Great Britain.

The Terms of Use apply equally whether you are using the website via desktop, mobile, tablet, or any downloadable applications.

Additionally, certain business operations such as marketing, system development, payment processing, and customer support may be handled by White Hat (Holdings) Limited, registered in Gibraltar (Registration No. 109784).
3. Amendments to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Use. Minor updates may be made without notice, but if we introduce material changes, we’ll inform you beforehand. If you disagree with the new terms, you should stop using the website.
4. Account Registration
4.1
By registering an account, you confirm and guarantee that you:
- Are 18 or older and meet the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction;
- Are legally capable of entering contracts;
- Provide accurate and complete registration information, updating it as necessary;
- Reside at the provided address within Great Britain where gambling is permitted;
- Have not self-excluded on any of our network sites;
- Own a valid bank account or payment method in your name;
- Use funds that are legally obtained;
- Have no duplicate accounts;
- Are not acting for another individual or using someone else’s payment method;
- Gamble for entertainment, not financial necessity;
- Will adhere to these Terms of Use.
4.2
Breaching any warranty in clause 4.1 may result in forfeiture of stakes and winnings, and we may notify relevant authorities.
4.3
We reserve the right to accept or reject account applications.
4.4
Employees of our company or associated parties are not eligible to open accounts or use the website.
4.5
You are responsible for keeping your account login confidential. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorised access.
4.6
By registering, you consent to us contacting you regarding your account. Marketing communication preferences are managed separately.
5. Verification
5.1
We may carry out verification checks to confirm your identity and eligibility. Withdrawals may be restricted until these checks are completed.

This includes email verification, age verification (potentially through third-party services), and identity, address, and payment method confirmation.
5.5
To comply with anti-money laundering laws, we may ask for proof of payment method ownership and source of funds.

If a third-party payment method is detected, we may suspend the method and your account until verification is complete.
6. Website Use

Website access is temporary and may be withdrawn for maintenance. The content may change at any time, and the site must be used solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Introducing harmful software or unauthorised access is prohibited.
7. Funds, Deposits, Withdrawals
7.1
Funds are held separately from company finances but are not protected in the event of insolvency. More details are available via the UK Gambling Commission.
7.2
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered to you. Limits may apply, and accounts are not to be used as bank accounts.
7.3
Withdrawals are only processed once verification is complete. Withdrawals must go back to the original deposit method, and the minimum amount is £10.
8. Winnings

We do not provide credit. If funds are mistakenly credited to your account, they must be returned, and failure to do so may result in recovery efforts.
9. Currency and Arbitrage
All activity must be in GBP. Using the platform for currency exchange arbitrage is strictly forbidden.
10. Jackpots
Progressive jackpot payouts are subject to currency conversion and may take up to 30 days if exceeding £250,000. In the event of simultaneous wins, the server timestamp determines the valid winner.
11. Chat Facility
We may provide chat functionality for customer support, with the right to monitor, record, or remove access at our discretion.
12. Responsible Gambling

We offer tools to manage your gambling, including limits, timeouts, and self-exclusion.
12.2
Breaching responsible gambling guidelines may lead to suspension or account closure.
13. Account Closure

You can close your account by contacting support. We may close your account for breaches of the terms, including fraud, multiple accounts, unauthorised access, or residing outside the UK.
14. Promotions and Irregular Play

We enforce a strict policy against bonus abuse and irregular play. Examples include using patterns to guarantee profits, exploiting software bugs, or misusing bonus features.
15. Inactive Accounts
Accounts inactive for 12 months are deemed inactive. After 30 days of no response, a monthly £5 maintenance fee applies. The account will close once the balance is zero.
16. Complaints

Complaints must follow the structured complaints process starting with Customer Support. If unresolved, disputes can be escalated to eCOGRA, our ADR provider, free of charge.
17. Legal Compliance
You must only use the site lawfully and comply with relevant regulations.
18. Data Use
Our Privacy Policy governs how your data is handled. We may share information with regulators or law enforcement.
19. Warranties Disclaimer
We strive to operate the site reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that the site will always be error-free.
20. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is capped at the amount of the relevant wager or misapplied funds. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
21. IT Failures
We are not liable for wagers lost due to technical issues or disconnections. We will seek to remedy service issues fairly.
22. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from ours, nor do such links imply endorsement.
23. Intellectual Property
All content on the site is owned by us or licensed to us. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.
24. Standard Provisions
24.1 - 24.10
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The English version prevails. We may transfer our rights to another entity. If any clause is found unenforceable, the remainder stays valid.
